Fremont County Public Health is hosting a drive-through flu vaccination clinic.
When: Sunday, December 5th, 2021, 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm
Where: Howard Volunteer Fire Department, 8274 US-50, Howard, CO 81233
No appointments needed, and the drive through clinic is open to all ages. Please fill out the flu vaccine consent form prior to your arrival.
Vaccinations are covered by most insurances without a co-pay. Having a copy of your card is encouraged.
